I highly recommend the Fulsac headpipe and baffle combined with the TTS tuner. No matter what system you install you will potentially have warranty issues if you happen across a dealer unwilling to "overlook" your modififcations - or an adjuster if it's an extended service plan issue. I haven't had any problems getting warranty work done on my 11.5 CUSE6 during the original two years or now under my ESP, and there's been a few trips to the dealer for warranty and ESP covered repair work.
The Fulsac combination can and should be done by you in your very own garage. The baffle installation will take a little time and effort but the head pipe change is very straightforward and easy. Once the hardware is installed using the TTS device to flash your ECM with the new calibration that Steve from Fulsac provides is also straightforward and painless and help is only an email or phone call away - GREAT customer service!! All in all the whole process shouldn't take more than an afternoon - or even better a morning, that way you can "test ride" your new exhaust and ECM calibration after lunch

The CFR mufflers do sound nice but it's been shown here and elsewhere that those particular mufflers will rob you of much desired torque.
In my experience I've never found a dealership that would devote the time, or in some cases have the skill, to do an actual Dyno TUNE - mostly they will load a canned calibration into your ECM do a few Dyno pulls and send you on your way. The trouble with the "canned" approach is that the HD tuner only has calibrations for HD components so if you go with, say Kuryakin or CFR mufflers the calibration may only be "close enough". HD does have a capable tuning device in their Super Tuner but finding someone who can use its functionality to truly tune your bike may present a challenge.
If you don't feel confident enough to perform the mods yourself just make sure you ask some questions at the shop of your choice before buying your parts. * which tuner are you most comfortable working with? - no sense buying a brand XXX if the guy doing the tuning never used that brand before * how much experience do you have with it? * will you do a FULL tune and not just a canned download? Just do you homework so you know what your getting into.
If you need a tuner
kinda close to us here in middle TN Try this one - I've heard some good things about him and Evansville isn't really all that far
