I agree with you but honestly which works better, drill with corn hanging out or drill with a powerful compact battery? How many of us could use a iPhone 1 right now and enjoy it? If the M8 is any indication of where Harley is going I for 1 am all for it! Again I get I tend to be "Polly Anna" but I love my 17 Streetglide and am pleasantly surprised how trouble fee the new motor has been which never would have happened a few years ago..

This is good to hear.    I agree and it appears the M8 has been extremely solid in year one

Yes it would & if my local dealer would give away cookies, no telling how many more bikes they would sell. Sharp marketing. I did get free Dr. Pepper, which did influence the sale because I got two and am pretty sure they would have given me a third, if needed, to close the deal.

We used to get Gold Keys from the Mothership, now we get bottled beverages from the dealers.

Between the local HOG chapter and the Legion Riders, we have only had one incident with a early M8 and it was with the oil pump. I would still watch what they give you to drink though, there might be something in that "Cool Aid".

I have seen the color swatches which have been provided by the MoCo to its dealers. I believe they were for the non-CVO models.
