2LN,

So I gather you are adding the locking mechanisms to your bike?!  I've thought about that too, but was waiting for someone here to do the pilot.  Once you get done, can you provide the parts list, cost, and step by step on how to go about making the update.  I think it would be cool to add to my bike, and I'm sure there are more than a few here who would like to do the same. So, pioneer on, and let us know the "tricks of the trade" Thanks for taking the lead on this, and good luck! :bananarock:

If anyone is going to do this to a pre 07 CUSE, might I suggest rather than installing a rocker switch on the dash that has to have the key on to work,  go with a remote fob/receiver. This way it will be better than factory and easier to use. This costs about $100 for 2 fobs and a receiver. I did this to my 07 CUSE and it works great. I have no need to use the rocker now.
Just my 2 cents worth

The intent is to do it both ways.  After all, if you've added it on a bike that's not supposed to have it it'd be fun for someone to look at the switch and wonder if it actually does anything  :drink: .
