In the breakdown I had here that was the number given for the muffler number he listed.  Wasn't looking in the SEEG parts book.

Cool.  :2vrolijk_21:  Just thought I'd ask since for some odd reasone they decided to use the two different styles of screws on the muffs that have end caps. :nixweiss:

This printout of an accessory parts manual has been handy a few times.  It originally was a PDF but the file got away god knows where a long time ago.  Has breakdowns of lots of stuff never readily found anyplace else.  Have found it to have an error or two.  But it's been a good and a handy manual to have around many times.

Ought to be able to get all 6 of them for that price.

Is the 2225 the beveled/countersunk style that came on our stock muffs or the button head ones that are on the pipes Jim has?  Their website doesn't show a photo or have a decent description.

Shame it's not the countersunk ones I need (got a set of those, they come with the muffler tips).

If you ever find the .PDF again, 2L, I think I know a guy or two who might like a copy!  ;)

If I had it I'd post it.  I'm assuming I had the original PDF at one time to print this out from.  But for sure don't have it now.  It's got HD markings on it so I'm assuming it's originally an HD publication.  But honestly don't even know that for sure.  No part number for the doc itself on it anyplace.

The button head socket screw that came on those mufflers is a HD p/n 3652.

Hope this helps?  :nixweiss:

Cheers!

Hmmmm..... Thanks Sooiee!  Different part number again.  Could be two numbers for the same part, I guess.

Jim, if Soiee's numbers come from a definitive source I'd trust them first.  This PDF printout I've got for accessory and other breakdowns is good, and handy, and illustrative.  But I have found mistakes in it twice before.  From the illustrations of course you just can't tell.  The screw is just a little spot on the page while the description in the index page is simply "screw."  Sorry if this misled you.

Jim,  I swap mufflers a lot, I have a sack full of used ones, If you cant get any at all I would be happy to send you some, In my advancing age I cant remember the thread size, but you can buy them in any hardware store, I use stainless button head screws ,I think they run about 28 cents apiece, when I sell a set of SE pipes I always change out the screws.

Dartman, you are a gentleman and a scholar!  :2vrolijk_21:

Here in Europe, everything is metric these days, so finding such things in a hardware store would be like finding the Holy Grail!
