We are located in Prescott AZ but UPS ships world wide ;).

Yup!  hmmm....   Will UPS pick up and  deliver the bike to you?  (you know, so I can get it done right, the first time?)

Okay, the real question is...   never mind, I'll send you a pm....

Checked my head temps yesterday {95 degrees} rode around 20+ miles ,came home and let the motor run ,idle. Rear 288 -294  front 242 - 248 . Motor ran for around 2 minutes while I got the 'gun'. Stock 2007 springer with Zippers air filter and stock pipes with cycle shack baffles. 1500+miles  Changed the oil at 500 miles to Bel-Ray EXS {full syn} 10-50wt. Build date is June 07  ,has the NEW Cometic head gaskets as I can see the ribbets sticking out between the fins. Plugs have a little tan on them. I am at 6000 elevation . Bike runs VERY strong ,will dyno it soon. My other 2 bikes have 109 tq. {95"} and this one will smoke em !

The front is not bad but you rear is too hot, now I would bet, that you have at least .035 of core shift in the rear head, and that the chamber volume is at least 1 cc larger than the front. As well you would see a front trim that is off.   Do the test directly when you get stopped not letting the engine idle. You have a reading then that is more accurate.

Spyder...usually, it will still read a correct temp, even if it gets the error message on the level, if it's warm enough to read.  Mine will give a temp down to about 160 or so, then display the error "cold"

In the 240's, after running fast and hard in very hot weather.  Normally, it's in the 220-230 range.

Without question, the highest temps you will see will be in stop and go traffic. I run about 215 running 80 on the interstate. I've seen as high as 250+ when getting stuck in traffic. Without good forward speed, there is no place for the heat to go, so they just cook themselves to death.

I don't ever check mine unless I'm off the bike, so it's possible it's been higher.  I have checked it several times just after getting off the bike to get gas or something, in several different situations, and don't remember it ever being over the low 240's.  The 103's just run a bit cooler, regardless of mods, I think.

I've seen my oil temp over 280, that's when it was pinging and knocking.
Haven't a clue what the head temps were. Didn't start doing that check until recently.
I will be doing a lot of both, on my upcoming 4k mile trip in Sept.
