But man, would those puppies lay rubber off the line!!!  I recall a set of new Uniroyals on my dad's new 66 Impala SS 4 speed, I think we got 3,000 miles from them.

 :oops:, I forgot, these Uniroyals are junk......Chevy picked up the first set.  They were onto everybody after that.

What's the latest on the rear shocks from Traxxion?  I've got a Progressive 440 leaking oil (freakin' POS) and if we're getting close, I won't mess with sending them back until after I can get the other jobbies on there.

You all have already told everyone of the benefits of this mod. So the only thing I'll add is YOU"RE OUT OF YOUR FREAKING MINDS IF YOU DON'T DO THIS MOD!!!!! It's that simple! The squishing you hear is the fork oil passing thru the valves in the cartridge. It'sd supposed to do that. If you haven't heard it, you haven't pushed them hard enough. Traxxion told me about this before I left there. I noticed the difference immediately after pulling away. I cracked the throttle WFO in 1st with the OL on the back and then grabbed a handful of front brake. That's all it took to see the difference. The rest as we say, is history. I'll never own another FL again without it! This is probably the best mod you can do for safety and handling! :2vrolijk_21: Hoist! 8)

I'm not sure I understand. Could you be a bit clearer and too the point?

Yeah d00d, only half joking though, but she really might fly to Lexington in Sept, meet up with Ken and Cheri there, and then ride back to Clinton. I met Mike (Puzzled) in PA today and he might just Hell Ride to Lexington with me for HS. Solo, we'll do it in a day! It was a great time man!!! Hoist! 8)

That's great I hope it works out. It was a great time. :2vrolijk_21: I'm glad my plans changed regarding me and MBBW and I was able to spend some time in the wind w/you. MBBW is an annual event, but as you stated meeting members from the site is something that should be done at every opportunity.
