Let me add another twist.
I had Freedom Cycles do the work on my Screaming Eagle.
From Jim to JC to Vanamal, many others knew how
GOOD it run.
I was
VERY pleased.
On Brads dyno it was 115 H/P and 123 T.
Go it home to North Carolina and on a whim took it to a great place called TCX (The Cycle Exchange) in Matthews NC.
A high dollar operation, professional mechanics, a high dollar sound proof dyno room and guess what?
101 H/P and 107 T,,,, I'm like WTF?, they saved the map and retuned it, 102 H/P and 108 T.
I'm like what is wrong with my bike?
This is the same place that tuned Nancy's bike and we ran even before and now after FCC I leave her in the dust.
Her bike showed more horsepower and I was leaving her? I was like again WTF?
I went home that weekend wondering what was up.
Four days later TCX called and asked me to bring the SEEG back in.
Back on the dyno and the results were, 116 H/P and 122 T.
Justice after all!
They knew I was wondering what was up.
They had called the Dyno Jet rep and discovered there was a seal that had gone bad on the pump.
Can't get accurate measurements when your measuring stick isn't measuring right.
The dyno is just like any other tool, it has to be maintained.
Matt this may not be the problem, but then again,
