Let me add another twist.

I had Freedom Cycles do the work on my Screaming Eagle.
From Jim to JC to Vanamal, many others knew how GOOD it run.
I was VERY pleased.
On Brads dyno it was 115 H/P and 123 T.

Go it home to North Carolina and on a whim took it to a great place called TCX (The Cycle Exchange) in Matthews NC.
A high dollar operation, professional mechanics, a high dollar sound proof dyno room and guess what?
101 H/P and 107 T,,,, I'm like WTF?, they saved the map and retuned it, 102 H/P and 108 T.
I'm like what is wrong with my bike?
This is the same place that tuned Nancy's bike and we ran even before and now after FCC I leave her in the dust.
Her bike showed more horsepower and I was leaving her?  I was like again WTF?
I went home that weekend wondering what was up.

Four days later TCX called and asked me to bring the SEEG back in.
Back on the dyno and the results were, 116 H/P and 122 T.
Justice after all!

They knew I was wondering what was up.
They had called the Dyno Jet rep and discovered there was a seal that had gone bad on the pump.
Can't get accurate measurements when your measuring stick isn't measuring right.
The dyno is just like any other tool, it has to be maintained.
Matt this may not be the problem, but then again,

Well,
The next chapter in the ongoing saga,  I just got a call from Randy (from Cycle Visions) and to make a long story short, and I know I'm gonna get a bunch of schtik from certain members on the site, but we've decided to put the Rhienharts on the bike (yeah...yeah I know......the Hookers finally have to go, I think I'll make a nice lamp out of them) and see what we get.  I did have some clutch slippage and a few other things going on,  but I should know by Tuesday (the service shop is closed on Sunday and Monday) what the final outcome is (and it better be good or I just may go postal...).   Stay tuned (no pun intended) and we'll see next week.   Thanks again to all who have helped here....

Silver Black,
What cubic inch was your Screamin Eagle and what mods did it have? Lots of horse power!
PS
I just visited a new Harley Dealer in Wichita Kansas and they had a new Frontier on the floor. It is a beautiful bike.

Beags, not sure this will help but here's the dyno sheet on mine (Jim did the work).......

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I got some good news and I got some bad news with my dyno run (and sheet posted below).  The numbers were higher (good news).........but not as high as they could have been had my clutch not been slipping.   Sent it back to Jim's just after the dyno for a set of clutch plates and new spring.  However, a new dyno run pull wasn't done after the clutch plates were changed.

This is with stock heads, Vance & Hines Pro Pipe, high flow air cleaner, FCC14 gear drive cams and Fueling Rivera oil pump.  I also have the automatic primary chain tensoioner and the bearing support plate.

Matt, JC cut and pasted the text but missed the link to the dyno page he was mentioning.  It's here:

Anyway, hope it works out and they do it right as far as checking the oil pump and the next dyno.
Off to Seattle for 2 weeks, but will try and check in to see how it's going.

Joe,
For some reason,  I knew that you'd be first in line to comment on the pipes.  Enjoy your trip.

Sorry bout the response delay,, been out of town.

The SEEG was 104" (cylinders were not round, had to be cleaned up!)
It had Freedom headwork, Freedom gear drive cams, Freedom true duals (powder coated) and power commander.
Stock throttle body bored to 49mm and polished.
Was a fun machine. :2vrolijk_21:

We are going to the Food Lion Autofair today @ Lowes Motor speedway. TMCC has two Frontiers there and no AJ they are not 06's. ;)

Okay,
So it's done......I just got a call from my buddy a CycleVisions..........The pipes and tune looks like it worked...The bike makes 106hp and 115 lb/ft of torque.   Freedom cams do work after all.  I almost lost my mind with this thing........being stuck in the house all day with no one but the dogs.......maybe call it cabin fever.  But it's done.  Still haven't ridden it yet,  but look forward too soon.  Just thought I'd spread the word and clear Freedom's name (as for me anyway).   I also have to eat some major crow with those freakin Hookers.........yeah, yeah I know.....I have a big spoon here and can handle it.  (I would expect CVOJOE to make the first shot here!!!!!LOL).  It's a beautiful day here in SoCal.........now I'm wrapped around an axle to get my bike and ride!!!!

Enjoy your day!!!

And thanks again to all who helped get this thing right (Harry and Jim....you guy's are the balls!!!)

Beags,
Glad to hear it worked out. I'm sure you'll like it even more when you get to ride it. :2vrolijk_21: You're right your spoon is going to be full of crow by the time BB, JQ, and Joe get finished feeding it to you. ;D

Beags that is great. Did they ever say what was the problem? Was it just a change of pipes and a good tune?

28HP and 13TQ just from going to Rineharts?  Holy crap!  Well, enjoy the new found power!  I still can't get over how well mine runs with the Zipper's 575s and the Freedom's are just as stout, if not more so. :2vrolijk_21:
