I have the SiriusXm app on my phone.  You have to have cell service.  So it doesn't work real well in mountains of east TN.  On my trip to Spokane WA and back it worked great once I hit I-40 all the way out and back.  In CarPlay just select the Sirius Xm app and the station you want

my problem is where i do most of my riding, I don't have cell service. Was very surprised and disappointed Harley does not have the option for XM this year!

Thanks for the info - I’ve tried it and it works as described.
And as expected, SiriusXM service using* the cell phone app is “spotty” when it the canyons and mountains. 😁

You are welcome.  Had Factory installed XM go out a few times in my Bronco while off-roading in Moab.
