Pete, PJ57 of this site, made his own for his red bike. I saw them and they look great.  He just ordered the locks, and with a few small parts from the local hardware store, just configured the way to make it work.  Pete, if you read this, can you fill in others on what you did?  Some of you who met him in York would have seen his efforts.   :cherry:

Hey Mrs. We! - just read your post and wanted you to know that in fact I have already made several sets of the glove box covers for family and friends.  Ever since I prototyped the original set two years ago, I've been working on doing a production run of multiple units. So...I'm finally at the stage of actually manufacturing the glove box covers.  All of this involves attorneys, intellectual property (patents), product liability assesment/insurance, suppliers, manufacturers and business plans so bear with me as I venture into small business.  You guys should see what I believe to be a vast improvement over other products that are currently out there at a much cheaper price.  If everything goes right, I'll be test marketing the glove box covers here on cvo.com first in a few months. After all, I know you guys will give me the best input on the product. Tell me how to make it better or honestly if the product sucks!  Thanks in advance for everyone's patience and support - PJ

I'm with you, thats Sky's Ultra, and my next mod. I dont know if its possible yet on my 04 but, if it is, I"m going for it. My speakers sound like a beer can with a tweeter in it.

Yep;
The lower speaker kits are availible for the 04's... 8)

Try putting a little spray silicone inside the snap piece on the flap, it makes a huge difference. Sounds like PJ's doors will be just the ticket. I'm interested... :2vrolijk_21:

They truly are the best I have ever seen.  You will not be sorry for the wait.  Plus he's a stand-up guy and a member of good standing on this fantastic sight, has one of the best if not the best looking SEEG I have ever had the privilege of seeing, so even more reason to support him in his endeavors.   :cherry:

The snap flaps on the glove box lowers are one of the weirder things I have seen on a bike.  They are not even close to user friendly.  Will yours open down - like a regular glove box?

Pete,
Sign me up.  I'll take Candy and Red's word for your work.  How about some pictures of the prototypes on your  :cherry:?  Good luck - we're all wishing you the best in this endeavor.
Anxiously (and patiently) waiting,
