GOT IT!!

Picked it up FRIDAY!! What a ride. Had the dealer adjust the rear footpegs, and add the trim at the bottom of the windshield. Got all the goodies- Key,cover,GPS discs,tool kit,manuals,1 headset,TP & saddlebag liners,and a tub of leather preservative.

Oh yeah, made my bank account much lighter too.

Someone had set on it with a pen in their pocket, had a big ink mark on the seat, and the LED light in the TP doesn't work. They ordered a seat and a new bulb. No argument at all. Looking for flaws in the paint (still) and can't find any so far. May '07 build. Maybe they fixed the paint problems by now?

The Radio/Nav/intercom/CB is a pain in the butt to figure out. Even reading the book. Each mode has it's very own volume settings. Crank it up for the music, can't hear the intercom, took some guesswork to get it all going. "Hey try this"!!

And before someone hit me with a "TTIWWP" smiley, here it is.

Thanks for all the info on just what comes with it, too. I'd a been lost otherwise.

 :-\  IF I CAN GET THE DAM RAIN TO QUIT!!

Got caught in the rain Saturday night, rained off and on Sunday, Spent the day working on the Corvette and cleaning the bike. Still haven't found anything wrong with the paint. Supposed to be nice Monday, there's a bunch of us planning a ride for lunch/dinner. Keeping my fingers crossed!!

I'm, totally impressed with the ride. I know it's the same size as the '01 UC, but it somehow FEELS smaller. Anyone else have the same feelings??
