That's what I was thinking. No real need to do both unless the passenger wants to listen and they do not have a helmet equipped with a headset?
Two guys sittin' at a light on baggers yesterday in the inside left turn lane, I'm next to them in the cage and they are blastin' out some great tunes. Cop sittin' next to me to go straight.
Light changes, bikes turn along with me in the outside lane and a few cars behind me, next thing (and I expected it) cop whips a left from the go straight lane and hauls up along side the bikes. He must thave thought better of it, but I know the music is what got him all twisted up. They saved themselves grabbing a right just as he got there, I doubt they ever realized what was up, but I'm sure he had at least a stop and chat in mind. It just became too difficult to get to them without causing a traffic scene.
It was a local dickweed and we just got annexed to the city (6,000 population), they used to have about 3 cars and I can't tell you what the additiaonl revenue has gotten them, but now I see Expeditions, trucks and more cars. So I pull out of my drive yesterday to get going and I see a bagger down the road with the guy ridin' in a white helmet, tell the wife, did those local pricks get bikes?
No chit, two blocks down he's backing off the road to set up. (At least it's a Harley) I no more than get by him and he raises his Liedar and whack, gets the guy right behind me.
We were 35mph before the annexation and now we are all 25mph roads. I set my cruise on 25 when I pull out, these guys are on a mission. Really pisses me off

Oh well, back to the headset settings, if I have the helmet with com on it I go private.
