Need Your Suggestions...

What would u add to a 2008 CVO RKSE ?  Need your expertise...and would like to start ordering some parts now before bike arrives...
Been reading threw the old threats and notice these were the most change out parts...

1. Pipes...IE V/H true dual oval 4" mufflers
2. Full Blown PC III USB   Don't know what it really does,  thinking it adds to the bike performance band...
3. K&N A/C Helps the bike breath better and maybe run better....What's your take on adding one...
4. Leather Tour Pack with mounting hardward...
5. Corbin Heated seat vs. Sundowner vs.  Mustang
6. Highway Pegs...absolute necessary

Websites, vendors or locations where to buy these extra would be greatly appreciated...

P.S. How does one cut down on the heat the bike produces when standing still at a red light

I was reading a prior threat and it stated that the extended warranty can be purchased later before the one with the bike run out...

and the price of the warranty is negotiable???

I alway have been purchasing extended warranty on my vehicles that I plan to keep long term away...

As of right now, there is no PCIIIUSB available for the 08 model because of the changes to the ECM.  It's probably coming soon, but not available yet.  Other choice would be SERT, which may be available, but nobody knows yet what you will be "allowed" to do to the new ECM.

V&H TD's with Ovals are a good choice in pipes, as are the Rinehart TD's (assuming you want TD's...look best IMO)

K&N filter...YES!

Seats are a matter of personal choice and how much you want to spend.  My personal choice would be the Corbin w/heat, but it's also the most expensive option of those you listed.

I like the leather TP on the SERK...I've seen one on Ghostrider's bike and thought it looked really good on the bike.

Getting the bike tuned properly with the SERT or PCIII(when/if available) will help with the heat issue, as will the TD pipes.

Congrats on getting the new bike...when is the anticipated delivery date?

I just checked out one of the 08' SERK's today and they are set-up very well as is, but if you have to add extras, here would be my list of preferred add-ons in addition to what you already stated...

How about hard bags for your bike??  Looks like the Ultra bags would fit youre Roadking and the colors and striping would match up as well.
