Just a quick update, I couldn't find the GM but spoke to SM he assured me that the tech that worked on my bike will never be allowed to touch mine again, he also put a note in the computer that when my bike is in that only one tech was to work on it, their oldest and most experienced. I met the tech and he seems like a good guy. The SM said I should only talk to him and he would take care of me. Sounds like what you want to hear right? Well that was Wednesday, I ride the bike home and park it. Thursday morning I get ready to take the bike out to pick up my mail, 14 mile trip to the Post Office, so just before I leave I do a cold check of the oil. I also have the new digital temp/level dipstick. When I push the button on the dipstick I get High Oil message, and when I pull the stick it shows oil past the Hot level mark. I call the SM and tell him I think the tech over filled the bike and I'm coming in now! Long story short, we used a suction pump and pulled a quart of oil out and it went to normal level for hot, got it home and checked after it cooled and all is normal. I'm cured, I will make time and do all maintenance. I will find another for warranty work if needed. Stay away from Whit's!
