Now that is funny...sad..
Couldn't wish this one on anybody, that was 20K min, I am thinking pushrod failure-loosened - overlaped, no valve damage, new PR and he's good to go, a smidge of locktite on those puppies would help. I am not a fan of HD adjustables JMO. I recall him saying runout was in tolerance, so oil pump failure may be too dramatic. He added the fueling with it's extra support. Otherwise I can't imagine his ongoing depression, we will have to read about that one for years. Well, we will have to read about it for years anyway.
Rhino
Well you can start the reading now Ron!

I have a Feuling OP. I have Oil Pressure. The bike cranks, with compression, and without noise. And I hear the ACR's open. I have S&S Adjustable Pushrods and they were adjusted properly and locktited on install. Doesn't mean one didn't let loose, but I'm beyond those "simple" things you just suggested. And the rear HG is blown out too, so it's not that simple, and will come apart again.
I'm first thinking now the the PC might have taken a crap, caused a haywire fuel/ignition explosion and not allow the bike to fire anymore. I'll be trying it on the stock ECM in the AM and take it from there. If it's the PC, I'll have to decide if it's a fluke, or to yank it. But no Ron, I'm not going with a TMAX regardless.
I'll know more tomorrow and will have it all figured out and explained over the next year, so I can keep Ron entertained!

Hoist!
