I just joined the group after meeting JCZ last week at Sacramento HD.
A short introduction...I have been riding off and on for 40 years, almost every kind of m/c made. I finally settled on Harleys, have had several. Sold my '03 Ultra when I saw a pix of the Cherry red 05 SEEG. I got it in Oct. 04 and  its a Keeper. I took it home bone stock and it is now getting a stage 1 and new exhaust so I can hear it run. I have found a wealth of  info on this site and am looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible.

Hey Tony;
Welcome to the site. I got mine in October as well and found this site shortly therafter. Met up with others from the site in January at the Easyriders show and had a great time. Great group of people here in and around the Bay Area. Hope to meet up soon!!

Be careful bout those west coast guys!
Their bikes are not as fast as the east coast ones.

Hey Tony, Welcome to a great site.  Wealth of info to be found and learned from these folks.  As a Michigan rider , I've yet to be able to ride and getting impatient for some warm and dry weather.  I love my cherry SEEG, and think you'll find the same.

The California emissions joke is simply an array of hoses and a cannister to capture any fuel vapors. Most of us out here have removed all this crap that the MoCo rips us off for. I don't really think that affects the bikes performance.

We need all the power we can get to outrun the yuppie moms in their SUV's with their cel phones and Starbucks cups glued to their faces racing to fetch their kids from soccer practice!!

Congratulations on your new scooter and a warm welcome to this wonderful site! I have chosen the Yellow SEEG so I can be like you west cost dudes and have sunshine every day! The last 4 months has been really cloudy here but I can see the SUN A COMMING!

There still saying it's on March delivery list but I'm expecting in April so I won't get my hopes up and be let down again!

Thanks for the warm welcome...there is so much information here, I have learned more about my bike in the last 2 days than I have in the 4 months I have had it.
I heard a shipping date on the yellow SEEG to California is the 2nd or 3rd week of April, if that helps.

How true...did ya ever look into the rearview mirror while at a stoplight and see one coming up behind you...and she is putting on  her makeup while looking in her mirror? It happened to me several years ago. If there wasn't room to pull around the car in front of me, I would have been part of his bumper. The car stopped less than a foot from him.
