I had an 03 ultra that I built up from stock to a 103 stroker with the SE 251 Cam and headwork done to it as well as a Baker 6 Speed R2. I had to lower the front gearing to the 21 tooth from the 25 tooth to take advantage of the 6 speed. Would I do this again no I wouldnt I would have stayed with the stock Tranny and tried to acquire 390 gearing if I were looking to race some more. My bike was 109 hp and 117 torque. I turned 103 - 105 miles and the time was 12.3 to 12.5. Twice a year I bring my bikes to the local run what you brung races to have some fun at the old daytona airport on highway 17 in Deland.
That bike had the SE Air Filter, Harley Race Tuner and Rivera Pro Clutch, White Brothers E pipe with the small baffles not the Mountain Baffle. The barnet scoprion didnt work for me and no one could get it to work right no matter the combinations of springs we used. I hope this helps I dont have any time sheets to post since that was 2 years ago. Since then i had put a 124" motor in that bike and converted it to chain drive. I just sold it though to make room for my new 05 SEEG.
