Tony,
Sorry to hear that you're having all those problems.
I didn't know that you also had a rear cylinder gasket leak too. How many miles have you got on your Jester now? I'm right at 5 K and had my dealer go over the engine with a fine tooth comb (except checking crank run-out), when I had it in for it's 5K, and they said my 110 is still tight as a drum. Unfortunately, I'm not running with the attitude of if these things will happen to mine, but when. You had true duals put on your bike didn't you, along with the SPOs? This whole thing is making me start to run scared.
Cheers
,

Charlie,
Not long after I made the earlier post today, I called Waugh's. Both cylinders are toast and being replaced. Sleeves had moved in both - not much - but the MoCo told them if there was "any sign of movement" replace them. Still researching the starter issue. As luck would have it, the tech hasn't noticed any thing unusual - no noise, etc. I told them I'd never had any issue with a cold start - but very, VERY often when the bike was warm - i.e. stopping for gas and restarting...
I again suggested it may have something to do with the ACRs. Bruce said he'd give the Company a call and see what they tell him. Worrisome, but it's like the say - the joys of Harley-ownership

.
Had over 9K on her when I dropped her off this time. Plan on putting her up on the stand for the winter when (and if??) I ever get her back home. Got a few things I plan to do. Replace the SPOs with the FulSac worked stock slip-ons. (Yes, I've got the V&H true duals). Have to put the LED strip on the "new" tour pack (thanks to the MoCo's "good faith" replacement!!). Will be installing the Radiantz LED brake light, saddlebag lid lights, Doherty Power Pack AC, etc. Trying to convince Phyllis, I mean Santa, to let me replace all the turn signals with Radiantz LEDs. Safety issue, you know

. Want to do the speakers, but think I'll probably hold off until next winter and replace speakers, amp and all and do the removable tour pack trick all at the same time. In any event, I've got plenty to keep me busy over the next 2-3 months.
Take care of yourself and be safe,
Tony
