collected on a 10 mile ride home ,,,,garage is heated,,65 degrees yesterday,70 today,,,,,told you fellas,, this one is a stumper!!!pretty ingenius though I must say.... :o....now where is this coming from?????no rain or puddles in some time ,,i wash it alot ,,but ??still.....help..

You get this much everyday? Does your oil look normal color? If there's a good amount of water in oil, it will usually turn a milky light brown color.

Well, it's definitely water. I'm thinking condensation. If you're only riding 10 miles the oil hasn't had enough time to get hot enough to boil out the condensation. What's the humidity been like? Moist?

Yea, I never captured the vent residue, could be condensation. N.J. pretty humid, not sure that the condensation in the oil would be overnight. You see quite a bit out the tail pipe of cars but thats different with the volume of a gas tank and constantly being refilled. I would think if your oil looks ok, then you'd be ok. If your still worried, you could have your used oil analyzed to see if there anything out of the ordinary.

humdity is normal, live in jersey ,,been pretty mild,,60's....NEVER happened till recently...running....mobil-1...I know this is reaching,,anyone running mobil-1,, watch it as you pour it in??looks like murcury bubbles towards the end of the qt..and beads up,, anyone else notice this?? is my oil breaking down???...REALLY reaching now..gonna go 4/ a 40 mile ride to see my wrench...it keeps coming ,,like i said ,always leaves a spot,,,and I ride hard ,,,150 miles on sunday..all over the back of my scoot....(can you get an evo in a twincam frame??LOLOLOL :bananarock: :'( :bananarock:...never figre this one out!

Being that it's an air cooled motor, there not to many other places it could come from.  ;D Just as long as it not gas, don't want to see you flaming down the road!!

well, my wrench totally blew it off ,,got the old condensation lecture,,hot this ,cold that,,,none of my other scooters are doing it ,,I still think something is f/up somewhere,,

Well, if your definitely sure it's water, it would have to be condensation, there would be no where else that water could be coming from. Do you have any kind of breathers on your other bikes, or are they setup like this one?

i always use mobil1 oil in my cars and ive never seen anything unusual come out. maybe the oil was contaminated somehow
