Take the contents in the container outside in a safe place with no combustable materials around and try to ignite with a lit match.  If it ignites like gasoline, must be gasoline.  If the match is extinguished, must be water (via condensation).
On an air-cooled scooter it is pretty easy to narrow down the possibilities

my old softail was vented to atmosphere, just oil would spray out ,,my panhead is the same way,,my 98 dyna only has 5000 miles on her ,it is still stock(breathing back into carb),, is not fuel,,will not ignite,,water with a small trace of oil,,just dont know why,,I understand condensation, and how it acumalates,,but every morning?/ or after every 1 hr stop??....f/it .. I'm running it ..I will go broke and in a nut house trying to figure this one out

I'm thinking you have antifreeze leaking into a cylinder.  Check the water level in the radiator :D ;D

or it could be, the water in the battery is running through the pos cable  along that route through the spark plug wires, into the cylinders!!! ;D ;D ;D or someone selling you some bad gas. ;D ;D  :rolleyes4: :vrolijk_24:
