CVO Phone Survey ???

Last night I received a phone call from a very nice lady conducting a survey for the MOCO. She knew what I had and refered to it correctly. Asked the typical "on a scale of 1-5" questions, but then conversationally asked about the bike, what I had added, etc, and did I want her to tell the MOCO anything for me.
Question: CVO owners only, all owners, random CVO, random owners. ??
Anyone else been surveyed yet?

Sounds a little fishy. Any time HD has conducted a survey of any kind it has always been through the mail. Don't give them nada!!!

Sounds like a factory follow up type call.  One year of ownership, after the first service.

I don't recall ever having a phone follow up from the MoCo though.  It wouldn't surprise me though if they are trying to do it to see if they have lost their way.

They seem to be trying anything and everything to sell bikes.  Maybe they are a bit panicked with the current state of affairs economically speaking.

The only time I've ever gotten a phone call relative to any HD I've owned, was the dealership after having service done.  I've never even gotten a survey, other than a customer satisfaction after purchase survey, rom the MoCo.

In a couple of weeks you'll receive a shipment of about $20,000 in parts that you just learned that you ordered. :nixweiss:  Man, I really hope that's not it, but do know somebody that happened to with light bulbs.......some very, very expensive light bulbs.  They're still not sure how they got their credit card info.

The light bulbs remind me of the solicitor that calls your business to renew your computer ink order.

$185.00 for a 20 cent cartridge you'd normally pay $25.00 for.

I've never gotten anything from the MOCO singling me out as a CVO owner, only some generic surveys about the MOCO or Dealership in general.  I know some members have gotten invitations in the mail about special CVO events at Sturgis, etc.

I've not had any survey calls either.  I don't think I would tell them about any mods (especially if they are other than HD). ;)

I have gotten phone calls about service at a dealership.

I have gotten email surveys.

I have gotten snail mail surveys.

Never a phone call survey about the happiness with or recommendations for improvements for every mode of transportation I have purchased in the last 15 years.
