It just started about 1.5 hrs ago. Still just 37 or so, so it won't last. Still coming down pretty good. Tomorrow rush hour will be a joke if it decides to stick.

I wish!!! We were enjoying our tropical winter we were having a few weeks ago. Well, that didn't last.

Chief...been sleeting/snowing a bit over here today as well, but has now changed over to just cold a$$ed rain.  You'd better run to the store with the 2 million other people, and get your milk and bread....

It tried to spit a little snow up this way.  Of course, the natives are freakin'.  It's still spittin', but it ain't gonna stick.  They'll probably close school and delay work call for an hour or two on the Arsenal.

Chief...been sleeting/snowing a bit over here today as well, but has now changed over to just cold a$$ed rain.  You'd better run to the store with the 2 million other people, and get your milk and bread....

Ain't that the truth? Does that happen over there too? These people go nuts when the weatherman says smow! It really is amusing to hear people at work talk about it.

The ice storms are the real killer. We don't have enough removal equipment to handle anything more than a couple of inches. If we get snow that melts then refreezes, this place comes to a screeching halt. Last time that happened I jumped in my old shaggy '78 Chevy Van and found me a big parking lot. That was some fun!

Oh yea...I'll bet I couldn't find a dinner roll on the shelf at Publix down the street from my house right now, or a quart of milk.  WTF's up with the milk part of that equation anyway...there ain't that many babies around to need ALL the milk in the store, if the power goes out, the milk's going to ruin unless it's cold enough to keep it out on the porch.  I guess they need it to wash down the peanut butter 'n Jelly...

Got Pinkie on the phone. She said people at the office are talking about how the store shelves are already empty!!!

Hey, I was a transplanted cracker from Florida in my thirties but I sometimes resemble those immature tennagers.
