sadunbar,
The engine was tuned properly it took approximately 4 hours and dynoing, Roger cam up from Bellingham and we watched most of the dyno runs.
Lee Uhrich of Jarz Performance remapped the base SERT with a custom map. We changed out the stock TB to a Kuraykyn 57mm with 6.63 injectors using a Bob woods air filter and backing plate.
Also the bike has the HD SE 6 Speed tranny.
I still maintain you can have an awesome engine build, however if it is not tuned properly it will run like chit.
On my new to me 04 SEEG, I have had the 103 SE Heads, welded up and machined by SBC (Vortec) build, Dave Mackie 590 Cams, stroker Pistons already by previous owner, compression releases, range of 10;2:1, this bike already has the Baker OD6 Tranny, for now stock TB until I replace. Will be tuned using a SERT and dyno to get a base MAP so I can get the bike running, so I can ride around Arizona next week. Then when I get the bike to Calgary in May after Sedona, I will ride it out to Abbostford BC, to again get it properly tuned as there is not many great tuners in my backyard, a round trip of apprx. 1,200 miles.
