 I am saddened by your brothers families loss, it is truly a tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with them, as well as with you and Binx. You are a great brother to extend your hospitality to them. God bless you all!

They'll be moving into the rental house this weekend and start getting their lives back together again. Things won't be normal for them for awhile. But like ya'll said, they're all sucking air and walking. Everything else can be replaced. But who said it's any fun replacing your entire life. Not much choice though. We all must live with the hand we're dealt. As they say, "what don't kill ya makes you stronger!!! ;)

Glad everyone got out OK. I'll tell you one thing, if it was arson I'd like to be the one that reigns the "muffman" justice on those a-holes if they are caught. Hate to say it but those muther's if caught may not do any time, let alone have to make restitution. As was said in an earlier post lucky everyone's OK. But what if they all didn't make it out. These punks dont think of that chit.

Damn, what a tragedy! It's a miracle they got out with their lives from the looks of the fire. Let's hope they catch the culprits if it was a case of arson, what crazies they must be to do such a thing to a family while they are sleeping!

Little Joey is 6 now! I can't comprehend at all the mentality if this was done on purpose! If it was, the punishment should be to get locked up in a burning building. This time, no FF response either!!! >:(

I'm with you on that!  5 minutes in an empty room with a baseball bat, that's all.  How do you explain to a 6 year old he can't have his favorite teddy bear or the blanket he's had since he was in a crib!  It's EVIL!  Thank God everyone was safe.  The healing will be quick.  It's better than suddenly losing a family member.  The house will be rebuilt and the contents replaced.  I lost My older brother from a heart attack in Feb 06 while his house was on fire.  The house is now as good as new but I still have a widowed sister in law and three fatherless nephews.  My prayers go out to your buddy Howie.... I know the numbness they are going through.

We're heading out to Joey and Cheryl's "new" rental home today. They're setup decent for now. They're planning their home rebuild with the insurance company. Little Joey lost his Hess Truck collection, if anyone has any they'd care to part with, I'll PM you my address. Joey lost all his HD tee shirts. I'm bringing a big box of mine over there tonight. Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers. No damage to any of his bikes at all! :2vrolijk_21:
