While I'd like to agree with your statements about the cop, it's 2 magazines ready for flipping and there are optics on top.  It's too long to be a 20 rndr and too short to be a 30 rndr.  You can see the top (bottom) of the inverted mag when you enlarge the shot.  The optics aren't clear, but there definitely are some.

If you look really close about where a 20 would end, you'll just see the front lower corner poking out.  You can see the bottom of the flipped mag easier.

Got the picture from my "cop kid".

Reversed upside down mag is my view. Blow it up and you can clearly see her finger on the outside of the lower, which is right where the mag enters the receiver. I don't see stacked mags, just a single.

Interesting pose she has for "sharp shooting". Females have those special hips that allow them to easier use bone structure for support.

NYC to Shanksville, PA

1000 - 1200 bikes escorted a cross made from Twin Tower steel to a memorial at the Shanksville FD, near the Flight 93 crash site.

Some of the pics are a little blurry as I took some while riding.

Every bridge between Brooklyn, NY and Shanksville had apparatus and people.

The highway was shut down for most of the 311 mile ride.

This picture has "my company" on the bridge, I am assigned to the ladder as well as the engine.

In my town we don't set up the truck on bridges
