2006 FLHTCSE Tour Pack removal
« on: February 07, 2008, 12:21:01 PM »

I am planning to remove my leather tour pack of my '06 FLHTCSE and replace the seat with a corbin single solo seat. Can this be done and what prcedure should be taken to remove the tour pack because there is electronics under the pack. I want to remove the tour pack and rear speakers and replace the seat.

If you use the search box above, you will find several threads detailing this process. It is not hard and a great modification to the bike.

Best of luck.

Sierra12,
Welcome to the site glad to have you join us. :2vrolijk_21: When you get a chance you should go to this board - New Member Introduction and start a thread to introduce yourself.

As Chief mentioned there are several threads concerning removing the tourpak (some have instructions/pictures). You can narrow your search to just this board (FLHTCUSE/FLHTCUSE2/FLHTCUSE3 Screamin’ Eagle® Ultra Classic® Electra Glide®) to find them.

There are several threads on removal of tourpaks not sure if any will give P/N's though. :nixweiss:

Don't forget this one, it has photos.  I saved it last year for the parts list and it's MY BIKE! (red is the best color for Jester)  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=10721.0

It would be great if someone would write up an instruction list detailing each step with pictures of tour pack removal step by step.
