Another SERG owner!  Congrats!  You will love the bike, take my word for it!    That's not the one that you and I PM'd each other about, though, is it?

No Brian, it's not.  Completely different bike that I had never seen nor been told of before about 10:00 this morning. 

That other one was up in Michigan.  He started out wanting $19.5.  I didn't want to give more than $12.5 for it and thought that was generous.  It needed a lot of TLC and some correcting from the prior owners really butt ugly sense of accessory taste.

Found out about this one this morning.  Called the guy and got it for what I was trying to buy the other one for.  One hour away from my house.  No shipping to get it here and I won't have to pay any sales tax to license it.  Was just an ideal confluence of events.

Thanks Scot.  Am pleased with it.  If it runs out as well it presents so far it should be a nice bike.  Gives all the appearances of one that has been satisfactorily taken care of.  So when you coming to go for a ride ?

Hmmmm.   The Hog Tunes are much better than the dinky little Harley speakers that are in it.  And the fairing is going to have to be off right away....

Judging by the number 3 picture you'll be doing the Wild one thing

After having set on it only a little and a quick run up and down the street I honestly don't have a clue yet.  Looking at them from off the bike I think they'll not fit me well.  Or at least need to be raised up.  Just laying my hands on the bars they surpirsingly don't feel bad though.  Need to sit behind them for an hour or so to begin to know.

Question for someone more familiar.  This bike has an oil cooler.  A bit of an odd line routing though.  Does not look as neat as it could be.

Grabbed the parts manual to see how it looked as the assembly gods might have intended.  Parts manual doesn't illustrate an oil cooloer.  Has the cooler been added to this bike?  If so I got something that was extra that I thought was part of the bike to begin with.

Screaming Eagle Road Glide Official Factory Manual"
Part # 99488-00

It's just the supplement catalog for the S/E so you will need to get a regular R/G manual.

Mine has an oil cooler. Just checked the 2001 brochure (thanks Scott) and a cooler wasn't listed and I can't see one in the pictures. Just another bonus I guess.
