Where are the Outlaws fans? Still hard to believe the passing of Hughie  :bigcry:. And yes, I have one of his picks!

Green Grass & High Tides forever!

When that plays, it's time for a "speaker test".   :2vrolijk_21:

There Goes Another Love Song is the other one on my MP3.

Great band!  Too bad about Hughie - a heart attack as I recall.

iski, if you like Green Grass as much as I do, check out Diablo Canyon and One Last Ride, seldom heard Outlaws that are great.
I have a CD put away in the event of my passing, to play at the service. On it is Green Grass and Simple Man (Skynyrd).

Thanks Wrongway.  Not familiar with those - will check them out.  Saw Skynyrd too many times to count - original band pre-plane crash.  Remember a Rolling Stone mag review trashing them & their music in the mid 70's.  Never cared much for Rolling Stone after that.

Me to! Saw Skynyrd 2 weeks before the crash. Loved the line up with Gary, Hughie, and Ricky. Don't forget Blackfoot!  Dave

Blackfoot - absolutely!

Trying to remember if I saw The Outlaws at the Florida HOG Rally in Ft. Myers in '06.  Pretty sure that's where I saw them last

Saw Lynard Skynard, Mott the Hoople, ZZ Topp and Black Oak Arkansas one 4th of July back in 1973. I remember seeing all of the pretty colors.

A buddy of mine had a car that was 7' wide on the inside and 36' wide on the outside. I refused to ride in it.

One time I walked into a room & the wall reached out & tried to grab me with it's hands.  I got the hellouttathere.

I don't blame you. I remember that room. It was 4' wide and 258 feet long, with 25' ceilings. I didn't stick around either.

Yeah.  Same room.  Weird you were there too, don't remember seeing you unless you over by the flying camel or it might have been an alpaca or some other animal with pink/purple fur.  Damn thing would not quit talking.

Was that the house where the cars would swirl in to each other, becoming one car only to elongate and separate with a reverbrating "whooommmmm" noise? Had to give kudo's to my buddy with the Javelin with cardboard serpents that popped out of the dash...that hallway was really a piece of work too. I believe the sunshine was orange that afternoon... :pumpkin:
