No problem, Doc.  Like you offered on the sales literature, if you (or anyone else) find you ever need a higher-res version, PM me your e-mail addy. :2vrolijk_21:

Meantime, here is a link back to the thread with those scans to keep us entertained while we await the '09 SERG unveiling :): http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=18549.0

See, if Brian says it must be so. (and he's not even the pool guy)

I tried to get a copy of the shipping sheet but the sales manager said he could not copy it for me. It did show it twice to me while I was there and I saw the list with model designations printed on the sheet with color listings too. The printout had many other non-cvo bikes on it as well.
I know the majority of people on this website do NOT know me but I have no reason to lie about this and I DON"T work for the MOCO either.
That is one reason I included the dealership info and the sales manager's name so you don't have to trust me.
All I was attempting to do was to offer what I thought was verification and some concrete info for the members who may be interested in getting a 2009 SE Roadglide. I thought it would also allow a person to place an order and make a deposit since many other dealers will not give out info on bikes.

If the info I provided helps someone ,I am glad.
For others feel free to "trust but verify" what I posted.

For the "Doubting Thomases" sorry for the interuption to your lounging time around the pool...
 :huepfenlol2:

At this point we are all speculating and for me this is a fun annual ritual I have done for the last several years.  I have been on my dealers list each year for at least the last 5 years for a SERG if one were to come out and each year I have been dissapponted.  I finally got tired of waiting and built my own version on my current '06 by ordering the bike and a CVO 103 crate motor at the same time and had the crate motor installed in the bike prior to delivery.

Now you say you saw this document and I do believe you did see some document as you describe.  We all know the history of how the Moco each year holds it's cards close to the vest even to it's dealers about what the new model line up will be until the Summer Dealer meeting when each year the new bikes are announced to the Dealers there in attendence for the first time and on that same day the MOCO puts up the info on their website showing the new model line up.  The only way I can square this is that someone made a huge mistake and put some information on that particular dealers list that is not on other dealers lists because I ran this buy my dealer and only info on his list is what he has already ordered and that does not include any new as yet unannounced bike models.

Obviously I hope your info is correct because there obviously is a group of RG fans chomping at the bit for the return of that bike to the CVO lineup but it will be a real gut check for me if the bike has that 110 motor in it with all the problems that I have seen a very large portion of the owners of those recent years bikes have had with that motor.  I will really have to think hard on that before I actually buy one with that motor in it.

d00derator,
You've been posting an awful lot of three and four word posts lately that could be (mis)construed as post count padding if you lived a little further north and if you frequented Michael Jackson's dermatologist and if you rode a modified SERG wannabee SEEG.  :o ;)

I'm usually not slow on the uptake, but I can't say I understand your reference??   :nixweiss:

The dealer show is in Las Vegas beginning I think July 22.  If so, the unveiling would be the morning of July 23rd.  Can anyone confirm that.

According to what I found here (scroll down to "2008 Supplier Advisory Council ") it should be July 21-23, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Those dates are said to be the Supplier Advisory Council meeting in conjunction w/dealer meeting so not sure if those dates are for the dealer meeting all together or just the dates during the dealer meeting that the council will take place. Either way we should know something shortly after the 23rd.

Pretty sure you are correct on that.  I will be out there on Thursday July 24 and I know my Dealer will still be there then because we talked about meeting for drinks that night and as I recall they left the next day on a Dealer ride that seems to happen each year at the conclusion of the show.

So many people with info.
So many people with conflicting info.
When info turns out to be wrong then the excuse is, I'm just telling what they told me.
I bet the long time members see this every year and laugh.

My bet is on the fact that I have first right of refusal at my dealership on whatever Harley decides to sell in 09.
That I will take to the bank!

The local HOG club director was telling me that he was going to get the first SERG3 if there was one for 09.
The dealership has a wishbook list for 09's, I showed him my name at the top of the list.
Will I get one?
Who knows, but being #1 on the list assures I can if I want one.
I may just wind up with a silver and black 03 Road Glide.
Those 88"/95"/103" motors may not be the fastest but they sure do last!

I know you've got a couple more bikes than appear in your avatar.

What's the complete list

Also, couldn't you get the scooters in silver or black and then have some stuff painted to contrast ?

The avatar is correct.
Seven in the garage.

Was looking at this for an interesting toy.

But leaving for CHL this afternoon and not having anyone close enough I could trust and not wanting to inconvience Bill, I guess I'm going to pass.

But I will put you on a fast boat.
I have a good story to tell about it after it's gone. ::)

Hows that?
Answered your question and only went off topic twice!

I have said my entire adult life, that you have to be able to trust your wife, your lawyer and your mechanic and I'm not sure in what order
