Didn't dawn on me until AFTER I posted Scott. It is slightly amusing!  :huepfenlol2:

Won't the non-leather product not change colors in alignment with the leather products?  I'd just let it age naturally and turn out how it will.

And Brian, I'd be very proud to have a saddle as nice as this one.

Want to buy it for me?

Perhaps we can work something out.

The cook in the B B household is down for the count at the moment

How many meals cooked by Chef Jamey would it be worth ?

This was a concern of mine also Candy.  What I've been told is that a combination of things will help me out here.  The vinyl area immediately adjacent I'm told won't absorb the stuff the same way.  There is also something (whose name I've forgotten now) that will be applied to it first to give a little extra time in case there is an "oops."  Also, between the area to be treated and the area that needs to stay the same is a bead of welt cord.  That will be a good demarcating line to help both visual and actual separation.

I beleive my sister uses this product on her gear....testing first to assure not going TOO dark is a good option!

That is the plan.  Both on the swatch and on the backrest.  Would rather pay to recover a backrest then replace a seat.  And while the goal is to darken it up a bit it's not to darken it up tremendously.  I want it to stay prominently red.

Don't they ever.  If you're going to make that kind of statement with a saddle you can't leave it halfway.  Speaker pods have to be recovered.  The black tank bra has to come off.  And some pretty out-there red pinstriping needs to go on the white to at least try and tie it all together.  Otherwise it's just a big bloody leather clad tumor on a white bike.

That bitch can bl.....  ummmm; I was never a fan of her either.

Though Parker does have a tshirt that her mom won't let her wear.  It reads "When I grow up I want to be Martha.  That bitch can do anything!"

I took her home in that tshirt; exactly one time.  It's never been seen again.  Oddly that's not the only fashion faux paux I've been accused of over the years....   ::)

I too have always wondered where my sister's sense of humor is when it comes to the cool things I share with my own niece!! It is a gender issue me thinks  :huepfenlol2:
