Now, granted, I sold my SEEG...but it is still in my family since I transferred it to my sister (and her husband)...am I grandfathered in?

How many miles did you have on your SEEG Bill?  However many it was that was the new minimum standard to be a permanent lifetime SEEG Cult Member.

I feel like I should be working on pins or tshirts or special underwear or something.
