All those seams from the filler strip/fender extension and the bag extenders is a little much back there. :nervous:

Agreed.  The lines even vary from side to side on the different bikes.  Could have been much better ways to accomplish the look.  The bags nor the rear piece do a lot for me separately.  Bringing them together unfortunatley didn't help a lot.

They took a swing at a distinctive styling difference.  That's to their credit.  Unfortunately they fouled the pitch off.

I agree.  I thought I wanted one.  My old one looks better all the time.

Same for me. Fake extended bags? LOL At least I have the extra space from the "real" thing!

I do like the looks of them though, either color is fine by me.

I already have the widened rear of the bike so it looks like I'll add some motor over the winter to my bike. Time to get with Hoist and start parts shopping.  :2vrolijk_21: ;D

Was Chip in charge of photos for the orange bikes (rear views only)? :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2:

Can't even see the bird on the yellow one. :confused5: :-\ :nixweiss:

Does this mean you not going to wait on my :pumpkin:? I'll have to break the news to her when I get home, she's been kicked to the curb by a younger filly. ;D

Further...

Is this need to "break the news" brought on by other news?
Are you tempted by the fruit of another?
Are we coming to a point whre you are going to be breaking bad news to her soon anyway?

Cause you know I can be there in an hour, under extreme emergency conditions, and I can play the role of consoler, take her home and give her a great place to retire to, that is if you are looking at a newer punkin...

Lemme no!!! :pumpkin: :pumpkin: :pumpkin:

Nope not even the slightest bit of temptation here. ;D However it is good to know that she'll have a good home if I decide to let her go. I know you'd take good care of her. :2vrolijk_21:

I have in my possesion a "2009 GENUINE MOTOR ACCESSORIES AND GENUINE MOTOR PARTS" Catalog.
Should anyone have any questions about parts or accessories let me know.
You should be able to get these at your dealer in the next few days.

My understanding is someone will get their head chopped for sending out these catalogs early.
As long as it is not us then ok!

I think I would need to see more and better pictures, or better yet see one in person...  I like the paint schemes (except for the yellow)...  I  like the LED brake lights and turn signals...   I want to see the frame changes in detail, but I gotta believe they made some improvements there...

But -

no lowers
no tour pak
no passenger floor boards
no rear crash bars
add on saddle bag extensions???  WTF??   :nixweiss:

...and more money for a bike that isn't as complete as a 00. I'm not even tempted to give up my SERG yet.

Hard to really tell, but that rear tire seems to have more beef to it, maybe a 17" in wider trim? 180 as was rumored?

:indian_chief:

HD.com says 17" on front and a 180 on the rear. :2vrolijk_21:
