I got my Bitubos at Traxxion for a very reasonable price, but I'm pretty sure that's out the window now.  I know Jim will provide a great deal if he carries them.  Easy do-it-yourself installation.  There was a bit of a learning curve to get them set up properly, but now that I've found that "sweet spot"  I never change the settings whether two-up or solo.  Awesome ride, and coupled with the AK-20s, it becomes very easy to forget one is riding a 900 lb touring machine.

It's so easy even Chief can do it in the CHL parking lot. I tried to change the settings once and only made it worse. Once I got it adjusted to the sweet spot, there was no need to change. Only two more day till the AK-20's!

I'm looking for a little help and advise from the forum regarding shocks.  I've got 23K on my bike, and lately I've noticed that everytime I go to check the air pressure on the shocks, they are down.  I'm thinking maybe it's time to replace the stock air shocks and not sure whether to look for other air shocks or go with standard type shocks.  Appreciate if you guys could give me some input on what you've done with your bikes.  As always, I know I'll get the best information here :2vrolijk_21:

I went with an Arnott system and QA shock upgrade and once dialed in I am thrilled. They adjust on the fly very quickly too.

Well, now that I have several different answers, I just need to figure out where the best place to buy the shocks is.  I will probably go with non air shocks, and since reading all the posts, I think I should also think about replacing the front suspension.  Anyone recommend someone in the SF Bay area to buy from and install? :confused5:

Hard10, what seat is that on your bike, I'm looking for a replacement seat.

Mine is the Corbin. I actually bought it used from FiestaBill here on the site. He had it on his '06. He thought he didn't like it and sold it to me with only a few miles on it. His problem was the seat was new and not broken in. I put my butt in that saddle and rode it for a few hundred miles and loved it. He missed it so much, he went out and bought another one. The one I have has the matching ostrich insert to the original and  a matching back rest. Only thing I may have done different would have been to get the oval backrest in chrome. :nixweiss:.

You probably broke it in after 20 miles.

Here ya go: http://www.corbin.com/harley/baggers/hdflh97cvodt.shtml

Look at the chrome back rest (02-S). It's the only thing I think I would have done different.
