I too got mine today.  I think it's a nice gesture from the MOCO.  Of course I haven't had the hassles with my 110 that some of you have had.  All in all, it's still a very enjoyable ride.  I'm holding off on doing the 'improvement campaign' until the cold weather hits.

Yeah, a friggin really nice book (which I haven't seen)! Some nice jesture after taking the burdon off them and spending 8500 bucks cause of the POS 110 in my bike!!! FTF!!! Where's my damn book? >:( ;)

My book has a sticker on the front cover that says:

Custom Vehicle Operations  110  Special Edition

Others received theirs before me, since I am very low in the pecking order of CVO ownership & all.  But if you have not got one yet Howie .......

Yeah Ken's right! Skeered of lil ole Hoist! Ther frigging "gesture" shows how right we were when they wouldn't admit a damn thing about it. They still don't! Product Enhancement my ass! Still don't believe that BS fix will fix anything! But you get a book as a gesture! Do they really think we're that dumb? Don't matter Mike! Don't need nuthin free from them. I fixed all their crap on my on dime! I can buy my own damn book too! But I don't have to kiss their ass either! But they can kiss mine!!! FTW!!! FTF!!! ;)

Howie, I have received free stuff from other companies fro some sort of screw up.  usually it made little to no sense, but somebody somewhere figured it would be a nice gesture.  Marketing companies & consultants are paid to generate that kind of stuff & produce surveys to prove how brilliant their ideas are.  Then they get paid, go away, and nobody remembers chit about what they said or did until the next time.  I would pay to watch them kiss your ass - would make a great video for You Tube!   :2vrolijk_21:

I figure we could be in for a series of books, sort of like the Time Life books ads on tv.  Each year (quarter?) we get a new book for our HD libraries.  Maybe not.  I did put an option for ya in my Archives book poll - FTB, FTW, & FTers.   ;D

I got mine last night when I got home.  Nice gesture, but I'd rather have my bike back.  At least in a week or so, I'll have both (book and bike).
