My luck, I would finally get one of the books and the pages would fall right off the spine just as I picked it up.  Funny thing though, I just got a survey from the MOCO and I ripped them cause they werent sending the book to everyone along with a few other items on my chit list.

I am still looking in the mailbox everyday to no avail. Unfortunately after the last survey, I may not be seeing one of those again either!  :o ??? :-\

You guys haven't got one, but these guys are selling them. The MoCo must have decided there was more profit this way.

 >:(

Nige

Well, well, well. That explains things a little. See many times MoCo will send items like this to the Dealer to then distribute to the individual owners. It cuts down on shipping and allows the Dealer to give a "gift" to the customer on a face to face basis to make it more personal. It seems that this may be the case and St. Paul Harley-Davidson has decided to pocket the profits from this nice gesture.  :nixweiss:  :nixweiss:  :nixweiss:

For those who do not have a book, but would like a book, I am considering renting my book to those who do not have a book yet.  Not sure what the rate for an "exclusive" CVO Edition should be yet?   :nixweiss:

I have steeled myself for the expected barrage of rental demands already, though.   :drink:

Why not get them to buy a book and just rent the sticker - that way they still get to feel special!

I called MoCo Customer Service and asked them why I wasn't included in the mailings for "the book".  Here's the response I got from them.  It seems that I was put on their exclusion list because I modified my motorcycle.  (All of you that received books from the MoCo that didn't make any mods to your bikes, raise your hands.)  Seems it's in the company's files that I put the SERT on my bike which put me on the exclusion list.  I told the MoCo that they really need to get a grip on reality.  I paid $35K for their most expensive motorcycle and this is how they show their thanks by putting me on the exclusion list?  I told her the next time I decide to buy a motorcycle, I'll put the MoCo on my exclusion list.  She said she would annotate my response.  (I'm now probably not only on their exclusion list, but on their black list too.)  What a freakin lame response.  I'm with Howie on this one FTF!!!    :sauer005:
