Hands Free module was installed at dealer, but not at time of purchase. Anyway, it never works from installation and is a Harley part. May be next month I'll schedule an appointment and tell you about.

Johnny, great looking ride! Good luck with the Bluetooth module. I have tried and there seems to be none left here in the States.

Then the module itself will be well out of warranty.  Sorry about that.  Was just curious how the company would respond to a warranty obligation when there seemed to be no parts anywhere in the country to replace it with.  Thought perhaps some double secret dedicated warranty inventory might get smoked out.

Got my 2007 Ultra-Se back with it's 3rd set of heated grips, still under warrenty :orange:
And will be for the next 5 years, the heated passenger seat started working while in the shop, not sure what made it resume working, glad it is!

3 years now on my '06, and they still get nice and toasty

Yessir.  Mine do too.......and then they don't........and then they do..........and they don't.  They worked fine when I rode the day before yesterday.  Will probably only get just a little warm the next time I ride.  No biggie.

Mine seem to work better if I turn my power switch to ACC for about 3-4 minutes before I go riding,  Gives them a better chance to head up.

I've been doing that also.  That way I know that they are still working too, since I usually have heated gloves on also.

Get mine replaced tomorrow.  06 SEUC---they've worked less than more over the three years I've owned it.  Gave the dealer a hard time about it asking whats going on---it's only been five years they have been installing a defective part.  How much have they lost on warrenty work over those stupid things.  Service manager didn't think that was funny---anyway they told me that they haave a new vender to supply an improved part but he didn't know when it would be availabe.  I chuckled and said good thing I have warrenty for another 4 years.

Course it's in the 60's this week---sure could have used them over the past four weeks while they were on back order

Clarification is needed.....

The IGNITION Switch, in the ACCESSORY position will allow the grips to get warm while your listenting to the Radio, so on those warm summer days, make sure to TURN the grip setting to ZERO, while your having the roadside lunch or smoke.

The Dash-panel ACC Switch (with the green light) has no impact on the grips. It controls a power plug located under the seat, which is usually vacant...unless....

If you have a heated seat, and someone (like your TECH) plugs it into the wrong place, you would be able to control seat heating, (but that is not how it was intended to be.
