Mounting one of Sean's CVO coins to my FLHTCUSE4

Anyone got any novel ideas as to how it might be possible to mount one of the CVO coins that Sean got made up onto my Ultra when it comes.  They do look nice.

Hmmm, there must be a good idea out there, not sure what to do about the two side though, mount your favorite one out or mount it some way to show both sides :nixweiss:

I'm planning to do the same as soon as I figure out the right location. Want to see both sides so planning to drill the top and bottom edge and figure out some sort of mount that goes in top and bottom (like a globe of the world) allowing the coin to rotate. Thinking of finding a place with some exposure to wind so the coin will spin. Input always welcome!

In order to see both sides maybe cut a hole in your windshield down low near the fairing and install coin with some adhesive so it shows both front and back?  :nixweiss:

I used the heated glue used in the glue guns to mount a medallion on my front fender. It's holding up well. Make sure mounting area is clean, use alchol. Also experiment with quarters and another similar surface to get the right amount of glue going. This may be a perminant application, so decide if this is what you want before you proceed

I don't know if those coins are of some standard diameter but jewelers make and sell various pendants or other pieces to house coins that show both sides.  Then you could hang it onthe bike where you wanted.  You might take one to a jeweler and ask them for ideas.

In order to do Ole Granny justice, you'd have to incorporate the CVO coin with the crown jewels of England.

May not be an option for the coins, but might help spur other ideas.  This is what I did with one of the pins:

Someone had one mounted to his Tour Pak. It looked like it was just glued on.
