I've loved every HD I have ever owned..... not just the CVO's.  I have not seriously considered another brand for my personal bike.

Now with that being said, honestly, for me it's been a love/hate relationship.  Like I said, I have loved every HD I have ever owned and my next bike will be a HD, but I recognize the design problems and do my best to correct them.  I just have to scratch my head sometimes while wondering why in the world the HD engineers make some of the design decisions they make  :nixweiss:

Ask not what's right with your CVO, but what's wrong with a guy who owns three of them! :nixweiss: :stars: :rolleyes4:  I thought the first one I got sucked so bad I went out and bought two more just for fun. :wall:     ;) :P ;D

Bottom line is, I've found the motorcycles my azz belongs on.  If I die tomorrow, I'll be one happy bastage for owning these three bikes.  I'll look at the other brands because I like motorcycles in general, but these are the only ones I want to own and ride.

I have owned only rice bikes for the past 30 years. My CVO Springer is my first Harley. Despite the problems, I love this bike. Something about riding it is like no other motorcycle I  have ever owned or ridden. Never understood the Harley mystique until I bought the Springer. Now I'm hooked. Already considering a new SEEG! By the way, this site has increased my positive Harley "experience" 10 fold. Ride on!!

I love how I feel when I'm riding her. The way she looks, responses. The people she attracts and the conversations I have because of her. By far the best machine I could have purchased.
It seems like sometimes when I'm riding her, what was wrong with my day becomes better....sometimes RIGHT!

Everything is right with my CVOs:

No oil leaks.
Run like a bat outta...
Heated seat and grips can make charcoal out of my azz and hands.
Great paint.
High style.

"What's RIGHT With Your CVO ?"

Right turn signals (front & rear), right passenger board, right rear shock, right front fork, right handgrip/throttle, right front brake caliper & rotor, right rider floorboard, right mirror, right saddlebag....... probably LEFT out something but those are my favorites.

I also like the way it turns right.

If I die tomorrow, ....

Can I have your FXR3?  I'll take really good care of it. ;D

I'll look at the other brands because I like motorcycles in general, but these are the only ones I want to own and ride.

I like motorcycles in general as well.  Bikes are one of those things that defy objective review.  Nobody rides a bike for totally utilitarian purposes.  We ride because we like/love it--it's fun.  Passion for something accentuates the positives and blurs the negatives.  If you love it, and it lets you down you get particularly mad.  Not so much if you didn't care to begin with.

Heck I loved British bikes in the 1960's and 70's.  Talk about ignoring negatives. ;D

Deal.  You get the "3" and Tbone gets the SERG.  Now, who wants the SEEG?  (Anybody but Don - he'll just trade it . . . . for anything! :P ::) :))
