My wife and I were the best of friends in high school.  We never dated then, we were among a group of very close friends half boys, half girls.  We graduated, moved away, had kids, and married the wrong people.  We ended up living in the same town (not our home town), both with the wrong spouse, miserable, 10 years later.  A 12 pack of beer 1 night when we were both alone and we knew where we should've been instantly.  We've been blissfully happy now for 6 years.  We often joke about how much money and misery we would've saved each other had we just got together in high school.  But we were much different people then.  I think unless you've been down the wrong road, sometimes you just don't know how good you've got it.

I have zero complaints about my bikes style, quality, looks or performance. It also fits me perfect.  :) :)
So I would have to say that everything is right with my 2005 SE Fat Boy.

I have a 2007 FXSTSSE, and it is the first time I have EVER had a bike that I can just go look at it in the garage, and feel good inside. That's what right about my CVO.

I recall a line from the movie "KnockAround Guys", with Vin Diesel and a cast of scores. Vin has a scene where describes what he has become, "a legitimate tough guy".

I think riding, owning and adding mods to a CVO SE FatBoy and a CVO SE RoadKing makes one a legitimate enthusiast. It takes a lot of effort to research, procure, install and customize our project bikes; then exposing ourselves; our success and failures to the scrutiny of our forum family.

So, what I really really like about my CVO's is posting a comment with a picture, and getting the positive feedback by various CVO members. It's what seek in My CVO Life while kinda stuck "in my own prison": acceptance, understanding, the sharing of ideas, and for expample how to handle the MOCO when a wide range of inherent problems surface.

I also love when a POORLY INFORMED CITIZEN MAKES COMMENTARY OUT THEIR ARSE WHILE ONLY TRYING TO COMPLEMENT AND ADMIRE THE WORK OF ART WE CALL CVO,S.

I love the monster SE FatBoy even after all of the hassle I got from World Thunder's build, and the repair's that never seemed to stop until a few months ago...I love that monster bike!
I truly love the modern SE RoadKing's total package, the presence of the bike and how intimidating it is to some, and funny/playfull to others. High speed cruising is now available....

Finally, the Southern California Beaches will never be viewed the same again. I used to dig the views of ocean, sand, women etc. Now I get too much attention and have to get a can of "LegOff" just to keep the lone wolf rider persona a real thing.

Did I answer the question?
I'll probably get rerouted by the administrators that govern this site!

you know I kind of stopped going to the site because every post was either a boo hoo or bash the MOCO or cry me a river about how unhappy someone was with their CVO.

What a great thread to ask what you like. I love mine. I have had 2 and when I sold my 2002 SERK I knew I had to come back to the CVO. There are people out there who have no idea what a CVO is but when they see mine there is always a conversation.

Yea I have had my issues and few can say they don't but that is also part of ownership of one of the best motorcycles ever made.

Thanks for the thread and the good vibes. Who said theire is no Santa Clause! :orange: :apple: :mango: :bananarock: :pepper: :pineapple: :cucumber: :jalapeno:

I've had my share of problems with my Jester, but I must say the local dealership has taken care of all the issues. I love my scooter and this will be my last one ever! What can I say, I'm broke, but very happy with what I have. For that matter I was very happy with my old Road King, but it's very nice to have the Jester. I wouldn't own anything other than a Harley. Just the way it is.
