The pics just make the look close to bucks, in person there really isn't any 'close' look to the bucks

I know what you mean about riding pain free .. these are the second set of bars, after stock, that I've had on the bike. I was pretty lucky when I put these on. I've been riding with them for about 7 years.  If I could get them closer, I would .... I like to lean back on my gear when I'm 'packed up' on a trip.  It helps take the weight off of certain spots and gives you more room to mover around a bit in the saddle.

Having the highway pegs I don't feel the need for forward controls. I like the looks of forwards, but I don't ever expect to see them on my bike. With the mid bike controls and highway pegs there's lots of places to put your feet.  I ride a lot of the time with my heels hooked over the passenger pegs  :huepfenlol2:

Good luck in your search for the 'perfect handlebar   :drink:

Edited my prior post to include link

Yea man...The perfect bars...I thought I found them with the Sportster bars I have now; really love the look but I seem to lean forward a bit to much and I think that's whats killing me. My tired old A$$ need to sit more upright  ;D

Now the bars you have are the pics I'm gonna show to my bro - in law; Not sure what he wants but I think more of the ape style where when you grip the bars your arms are more upward; I guess sorta like Howies on his Blue 3...so how's your build coming?...Inquiring minds need to know  ;D
