Perfectly happy with what I have...not planning on replacing the SEUC...or the SG for that matter.  ;)

If I can gain back what I've lost in my investment portfolio this year between now and late August 09, I will probably but that new SERG I'm jonesing over.

$400k give or take. And that's just the non IRA/401K accounts. Don't EVEN want to discuss those.

No deposites from me until HD moth balls the 110 motor and comes out with a motor that will stay together and won't cook a baked chicken when you are sitting in traffic.  I have owned two CVOs with 110 motors....a third would be stupidity!!!!!

Still love to ride my 2008 SEUC.....

I think you're right - although I do like baked chicken.

I have a another V-twin that is water-cooled, is bigger than the 110, and is cooler in traffic (heads are water-cooled but not the cylinder).  So I think my big motor, a 125 cube, will be my hot summer bike and leave the cool days for the 110.

I don't think I would take a chance and put down money with any dealer that far in advance right now.  I think there are a lot of dealers on the edge of disappearing currently.  At least around here, I'm seeing stockpiles of used bikes building up in inventories.  The dealer where I purchased my bike still has a new '05 Dyna on the sales floor that they have never been able to get rid of...but there is actually more to the story on that bike.  They put about $60,000 into modifying the bike.  It's probably one of the nicest looking bikes I have ever seen.  There is nothing on that bike that hasn't been changed or powder coated other than the kickstand.  They are now down to asking $28,000 for it and it still sits there.  One of the local dealers is so stockpiled with used bikes that they are literally running out of room to display new bikes and I don't think they have moved any of those used bikes for at least 2 years.  They just keep taking them in on trade and at some point, that has to bite them in the a$$.  Even over the winter months, I don't think I have ever seen the dealers so dead.  I stopped by a dealer yesterday that has always kept hours to 7pm and 8pm and open Sundays over the summer.  I got there and they are now closing at 4pm.  We may have to update our GPS to remove some Harley dealers over the next year or so.  Just my take on things.
