Improvement for ABS system ?

Is it somebody received this message from his dealer ?

An improvement in your ABS system is available.
This operation is free and takes only a 1 / 2 hours

Today, I've received this message from my dealer.
He'll improve my ABS in same time the recall work in one week.

I have an 08 SEUC also.  Have not seen or heard of this notice..... yet

Jacques, you seem to be the first to know this.
I was reading through the bulletin (Thank you cvo_yes), which is merely a week old. It refers only to model year 2008,
but since July of 2008 the Moco has produced ten of thousands of Touring bikes of the 2009 model year. Now if the
fix was available since July 2008, why did it take them more than six months to come out with the bulletin? Anyone?
