Good plan.. I had no real problems with my mm bikes either...I am becoming "platform" saturated or is it just old...And nothing is worse than a 4 carb sync for fiddlement expousure or valve lash on a cbx...unk...

Amen.  Multiple carbs are high on the frustration/pucker factor scale.  At least for me.  Can find what seems "close enough" to run well.  But always think there's just a bit more to gain or even out.  Then, ooops, it goes too far and back to the beginning we go.

Really have lucked out on the M&M spare parts though.  One eBay score for a complete TB for $25 netted all the sensors to carry in the bike and the spare TB to send off to Gerolamy for the rework/upgrade.  Then later for $95 another eBay score came from a bike that someone had converted to a carb.  Got the ECM, harness and everything else but the coil.  It's even an ECM with the same base download as mine so, if ever needed, can use it directly.  Sometimes just get lucky.

Hi Don, I just scored the kit on ebay and saved a bunch. What else do I need to complete this set up. It doesn't mention having to replace cams and chains or whether the chain tensioners are included in the kit. From what I read it's just the plate and oil pump. Doc

Jacques, those previous linked copies of those sheets can be downloaded also.  Point at any one of the sheets, right click and choose "Save Picture As."

You need to download this for read all.

If you click on my pics, they are enlarged and you've the cursors for up and down or left and right.

Is it not more easy ?
