just a note when installing the cluster led's for the tour pack you'll have to do it by removing the lenes<the cluster is bigger than the hole for the socket.I did mine when the dealer had to change out my trim piece around the lights for the tour pack as it was damaged at delivery The lenses do come out but have to be REAL carfull. The light strips are straight foward and take about a minute

Jon,
Did you take off and/or put back on the tour-pak run/brake light lenses yourself? I'm curious as to how difficult it was and how possible/likely it is to scratch or chip the painted trim around those lights. I've seen that the lenses have 3 tabs on them as well as being glued in with non-hardening glue (butyl?). I'm thinking of doing something very similar to yours to add LEDs and turn signals to the tour-pak. If I'm replacing the lenses to smoked, a guy could always just dremel cut the lenses in sections and pull them out with much less stress on the lens and the paint? I don't have my bike yet, so I can't get a close look at it.
Also, with the lenses being smoked (possible stupid question alert

), are the LEDs themselves colored red when they light up or do the lenses help them appear red?

On the custom dynamics pics, the LEDs look clear to me but I'm no LED expert as to how they get color. Their site also says the side marker LEDs have 7 lights, but it looks like your bike has 11, which more is better but can't help but wonder why the difference.
