Thought I'd let ya'll know what I found. Turns out the oil wasn't coming from the air cleaner, it just looked like it cause the air cleaner was catching so much of it, with the cover off and taking shorter rides I narrowed it down to the pushrod tubes, couldn't get down to only 1 tube though, looked like all of em were leaking. Figuring I might have gotten the top and middle o-rings confused I pulled the pushrods (Thank God for adjustable pushrods) and started putting in new o-rings (had an extra set) the other way (more later), well about the 3 pushrod I find the bottom o-ring with about 1/4 of it missing....guess I clipped it off putting it in. Oh well, finish what I'm doing and get it all back together. And it seems I have no more leaking after about 150 miles today......woohoo....
But....while talking to a mech about it at one of the HD shops, seems I switched the o-rings to the WRONG way now, oops.......he pulled up the parts list then pulled one of the top ones out to show me......Yup, I got em in wrong, but it ain't leakin.....so I'm done screwin with it.....til it leaks again...
