Thanks, Gary! I'm very pleased with her. She's a rare find. Hasn't required much work to get her up to my standards. Still have to work on the paint some, but that's a task best left for a free weekend. I noticed during the eagle sticker removal that there is some oxidation on the front of the bags and side covers..........nothing a little Glare Micro, Spider, and Pro Polish can't fix. Toughest part will be getting rid of the slight sticker ghosting on the bags, since I've never done that type of work before. Have a similar challenge on the ton truck, so will likely use it as a test bed prior to executing on the Purple Bike. Need to freshen the powdercoat on the engine and inner primary, but that's easy. There's always something to do with these machines, and I LOVE it!

cant go wrong with purple
Yessir, Neal. That is so true! Purple is a beautiful color. I never thought Purple would reach out and grab me like this, but it has. I have a friend in Clarksville, Tennessee with a Purple FLHRSEI like your's. He bought one for his wife in the Candy Brandywine Red. The only other Purple FLHRSEI I've seen is Q's bike when I was in CT last May. Beautiful machine. That Purple is really pretty! And the custom Gray Corbin seat on his really sets it off. He has alot of nice stuff on his machine.
or GREEN!
Looking good Henry!

Yessir, Chip.......GREEN is no doubt my hands down favorite, but as mentioned earlier, even the Green Bike has a Purple pin stripe. It's amazing how attached we get to these machines. That's a good thing.......no matter what the naysayer drivel exclaims.

Thanks. Every time I see that Purple Bike, I Love it that much more. Like the Green Bike, she's a keeper!
