Thank God you two are safe and as stated a reminder of how somethings happen so fast. Me and my gal were riding two up last Saturday and we were turning onto the on ramp to the freeway when my front tire slid out from underneath me. There was fresh oil that someone had deposited on the on ramp and it was clear so I was unable to see it. My first response was to put my right foot down which I did and hurt like hell but it kept us both from going over in the turn. I know the experts will tell you never put your foot down but it saved are ass when this little incident happened. My foot is still sore but feeling much better now a week later.
