My bike (black and slate) had an Oct 3 ship date and was caught up in the 4 week delay...  I just got the good news today, it's here.  I will be riding it this weekend.    ;D

Yes... I am ear to ear grin now.  I am having the nav system installed and then my next project will be to pick the right exhaust/intake system for the bike.  I was thinking of the rhineharts but am hearing some trash talk about quality.  May look at the V&H true dual header and a set of slip-on's.  I had a pair of V&H ovals and liked the sound.  Any ideas? JeffJ, Thanks for the feedback.  So is that your purple bike in the pics?  I was initially interested in the rinehardts, what ECM (PCiiir/RT), and intake are you running?  The Freedom Exhaust looks good, how is the quality of the chrome and fit?  Thanks.

I think I'm going to go with the Freedom package when my bike comes in. The dyno numbers are great and I like knowing the background of how the package was created. I would like to hear some feedback on it as a bolt on vs bolt on and then dyno again. I know every bike is a litlle different but I would probably be satisfied with around 95% optimization. I don't have a complete understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the system and was wondering: I live in Colorado and most of my riding is at 5000 ft plus. Is that going to affect the map I need or will the computer compensate?

Bret, HD-Dude bought the Freedom Package and bolted it all on.  Then, several months later he and I rode up to Reno to Freedom Cycles so that Brad could dyno tune it.  Only squeezed another horse or two out of it and a couple more ft. lbs. of torque......no big difference.  Get with hd-dude (Jim) to get the exact difference.
