Who installed it improperly last time?
Didn't they have instructions?
But do it after Maggie Valley in case something goes wrong!

Instructions are not always adhered to by old timers who are set in their ways about certain things, and don't feel they need instructions. A comp's a comp to some old timers. Well it's time he gets into the 90's now!!! ::) ;D ;D ;D

Nothing's getting touched on that bike til I return. :2vrolijk_21: ;)

Disc springs can be purchased by material, deflection angle, spring rate, ID X OD from specific manufacturers. They are common in industry.

It makes sense a purpose built spacer that wouldn’t impact the spring rate of this assembly would be the way to go. I wonder how tough it would be to find a vendor that could supply small quantities at realistic prices.
