I have a 2007 Screamin Eagle Road King with the 110 engine in it. When I bought it a couple of years ago I knew I wanted to put Rinehart true duals on it. Come to find out, Rinehart did not have the true duals that would fit at that time because I had bought a new model. I wound up going with Rinehart slip ons with a V&H Fuel Pak. My question is this, would it be worth it from a performance/sound (I prefer louder over quieter) standpoint to do which one of the following:
1) Install Rinehart true duals now
2) Use the current Rinehart slipons that I have and put new header pipes on get rid of the crossover pipe, OR
3) Do nothing....just stick with what I have.
Thanks in advance,
Keith
1) Installing Rinehart's true dual system means a complete new system,,, 2 in muffler inlet with their design.
2) Install V&H true dual headpipe,, That would be an option ??
3) Your current set up is most cost effective now, Installing true dual headpipes you're going to lose low end performance and your fuel management will have to be re calibrated. If you prefer loud over quiet,, Install a D&D Fat Cat, SERT, High Flow air cleaner (if you already have'nt) Find a reputable tuner in your area and Rock-n Roll

With the fat cat you will pick up more usable power across the board and raise the db level that you like. My .02
