I'll be in Sturgis with some non-CVO friends. We have a pretty full week of day trips, etc. We might be in the Deadwood area on Tuesday. I'll try to work it out so I can stop in.

Yea i am rolling with my Dad he rides a Street Bob but i am pretty sure the only thing required is a scooter perferably non Vespa!

I'm spoiled. I rode thru Sturgis and had lunch in Deadwood today. It's a tough life being retired and living in the Hills.

The rally is officially over tomorrow and not a single traffic death so far... That's great news, you guys ride safe on the way home...

We had a decent turnout at the Deadwood Social Club on Tuesday.  I won't remember all the names, but GeezerGlide and GH are two that I distinctly remember.  A good bunch were there, some with their s.o.  We talked, ate, got stinkin' drunk then rode on outta there!  jk  :P

(that's me in the black hat, far right.  Geezer Glide in front of me with the black Sturgis tee.  GH on the other side, also tall with the multi-colored hat)

Unfortunately, it didn't quite hold:  As of Sunday afternoon, one motorcyclist had been killed in the Black Hills area, an Oklahoma man who died Saturday at Exit 57 in Rapid City.

Well that stinks! I went up top there on Tuesday at 12:30 wearing my Screamin Eagle hat and didnt think it was going on. I did see that table with some people sitting at it but no one said anything so I went across to the Stockade and had a Buffalo burger. Went back to the Social club at 1:15 and it was all but empty out side. Sorry I missed everyone.
